The College Governing Body provides strategic oversight and leadership to DRU-A FET College. Its role is to guide the overall direction of the institution and to ensure that the College remains committed to responsible management, ethical decision-making, compliance and long-term sustainability.
The Governing Body supports the College in maintaining appropriate policies, procedures, controls and systems. This includes oversight of institutional planning, performance monitoring, financial responsibility, risk management and the effective use of available resources.
Working together with the Principal and Executive Management, the Governing Body helps ensure that DRU-A FET College remains aligned with its vision, mission and strategic objectives. It also supports the College’s commitment to quality education, institutional growth, stakeholder trust and the continued development of students.
The Governing Body’s work is guided by principles of transparency, accountability, integrity and ethical leadership. Through regular engagement and review, it assists the College in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that decisions are made in a responsible and sustainable manner.
